  1. Acceptance of these Terms

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of sale (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not place an order.

  1. Your order and acceptance

Placing an order via this website is an offer to purchase. Ozi Auto Parts may accept or reject your order at its discretion.

You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide during the ordering process (including vehicle fitment details) are accurate and complete.

  1. Pricing and payment

All prices shown on product pages are displayed subject to availability and may change.

If a product page price differs from the price shown in your cart at checkout, the cart price displayed at the time you place the order will apply.

Prices shown include any applicable taxes (including GST), but do not include shipping/freight charges unless expressly stated.

Shipping/freight charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed during checkout prior to payment.

All prices are subject to change without notice. If an error occurs (including a pricing or product description error), Ozi Auto Parts may cancel the order and notify you.

Errors and omissions are excluded.

  1. Shipping / freight

4.1 Domestic delivery (within Australia)
Delivery timeframes (if shown) are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays and stock availability.

4.2 International / overseas orders
Overseas freight is quoted where applicable. Fixed-price overseas shipping does not apply unless expressly stated in the quote.

4.3 Carrier changes
Ozi Auto Parts may change the shipping carrier at any time. Shipping quotes are generally arranged through Australia Post or other carriers as required.

  1. Payment method

Ozi Auto Parts processes payments via a third-party payment provider (for example Pin Payments, as used by the store).

By placing an order, you authorise Ozi Auto Parts to charge the payment method you select for the applicable purchase price and shipping costs.

  1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If goods have a failure covered by the consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy such as repair, replacement, or refund, depending on whether the failure is major or not. Consumers are not deprived of ACL remedies by store policies. 

  1. Returns and refunds (change of mind and faulty goods)

This section explains how returns are handled.

Key principle: your entitlement depends on the reason for the return (fault/incorrect supply vs “change of mind”). The ACL distinguishes between goods that meet consumer guarantees and goods returned simply because you changed your mind. 

7.1 Change of mind / ordered in error (non-fault returns)

If you return goods because you changed your mind or the goods were ordered in error (and the goods are otherwise not faulty):

  • Returns may be accepted within 14 days from delivery.
  • Goods must be unusedunfitted, and in saleable condition, including any original packaging and labels where applicable.
  • Return freight (and any handling fees) are generally payable by the customer.
  • No refund will be provided for goods that have been fitted/installed.
  • A stocking/restocking fee of 10% may be deducted from the refund for change-of-mind and ordered-in-error returns. This fee does not apply where the return relates to a failure of consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Ozi Auto Parts may refuse a refund if the product is not in a saleable condition.

7.2 Wrong parts supplied (our error / fitment mismatch caused by us)

If you received incorrect parts due to Ozi Auto Parts’ error, we may provide a remedy.

This may include refunding the goods (and, where required, associated delivery charges), provided:

  • the return is requested within 14 days from delivery
  • the goods are unusedunfitted, and in saleable condition
  • you provide proof of purchase and return the goods as instructed

If the issue is a consumer guarantee failure, ACL rights apply even if a warranty has expired. 

7.3 Damaged goods on arrival

If goods are damaged in transit:

  • You must report the damage immediately to the delivery carrier (as required by the carrier process).
  • You must notify Ozi Auto Parts promptly so we can review and process a claim.

Ozi Auto Parts is not liable for damage that is not reported in accordance with the carrier’s and our claim process.

  1. Return procedure (RMA)

To return goods:

  • Log in to your account (or use your order details) and request an RMA on the website.
  • You must provide your sales order number (if available) and reason for return.

If you cannot access an RMA online, contact us at 08 83110575 with details:

  • your order number
  • the part number(s)
  • vehicle details (if relevant)
  • photos if the issue relates to damage or condition
  1. Warranty

9.1 Manufacturer warranty / warranty against defects
Ozi Auto Parts supplies goods with warranty coverage provided by the relevant manufacturer and/or supplier. This may include a minimum warranty against manufacturing defaults.

For clarity, consumer guarantees under the ACL may apply even when a manufacturer warranty period has ended. 

9.2 Installation and use
Damage caused by incorrect installation is not covered where it results from misuse, incorrect fitment, or failure to follow installation requirements.

Where a warranty claim is lodged, Ozi Auto Parts may require supporting information (photos/inspection notes) and return of the parts.

9.3 Warranty claim handling If you believe a part has a manufacturing fault, you must:

  • contact Ozi Auto Parts promptly
  • return the part(s) as instructed (freight may be at your expense unless ACL requires otherwise)
  • provide invoice/order details and a description of the fault
  1. Ratings and reviews

Any ratings and reviews submitted become the property of Ozi Auto Parts and may be displayed, edited for compliance/formatting, or used in marketing and promotional materials.

  1. Website content and advice disclaimer

The content on this website is for general information only and does not constitute professional advice.

You are responsible for verifying fitment and compatibility (including checking vehicle specifications and part numbers).

  1. Availability / changes to website and Terms

Ozi Auto Parts may change or update the website and may modify these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12.1 Product availability & brand requests

Ozi Auto Parts may source products from different suppliers and may experience situations where a specific brand and/or product variant requested by you is unavailable at the time of dispatch.

If the requested brand is unavailable, Ozi Auto Parts may supply an equivalent part and/or a manufacturer-approved superseded part number.

If you require the exact requested brand (for example, Protex), you must contact Ozi Auto Parts to confirm availability before ordering.

This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law if the goods fail to meet consumer guarantees

  1. Third-party links

The website may contain links to third-party sites. Ozi Auto Parts does not control and is not responsible for third-party content or availability.

  1. Intellectual property

All copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property in the website and its content are owned by or licensed to Ozi Auto Parts.

You may access and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only unless permission is granted.

  1. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the extent permitted by law, Ozi Auto Parts excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.

  1. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Ozi Auto Parts and its employees/agents for claims arising from:

  • your breach of these Terms
  • your misuse of the website
  • incorrect information you provided during ordering (including fitment details)
  1. Severability

If a court decides any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

  1. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. To the extent relevant, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
